Customer Relationship Coordinator

The main tasks of the Customer Relationship Coordinator are to ensure the coordination and execution of our Verification of Conformity operations and to participate in the prospecting and canvassing of private clients.
Main Accountabilities
- Explain the process to clients and support them
- Review certification and inspection requests
- Analyze compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collect appropriate documentation
- Organize testing if required
- Identify suitably competent inspector and assign the work
- Notify the inspector of the detailed inspection scope
- Review inspection paperwork and photos for completeness
- Evaluate inspector performance for each job performed in Salesforce
- Liaise with clients as necessary regarding the certification process
- Issue Certificates of Conformity
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Required Profile
- BAC +2 in International Trade / Logistics - Level III professional qualification (BTS/DUT) in import-export assistant
- Fluent in English and local language
- Beginner / Young graduate accepted,
- 1 to 2 years experience in international trade is a plus
